At Books Galore, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We accept returns and refunds only under the following conditions:

Eligible for Return/Refunds:

• The book is damaged upon delivery
• The book has misprints or missing content/pages

In such cases, we will be replace the book or give a refund whichever option is opted by the customer.
